This is one of the first strategies I used. I won a lot of games with this one, but I dont use it anymore.

 

This is an ironage strategy.


1. Make a new villager

2. Use 2 villagers to build 4 houses

3. Use the 3rd to build a TC near a goldmine.

4. Use your 4th villager to build 2 archery ranges.

5. Use the housebuilders and build a dock.

6. Pump out 6 villagers from the TC near the gold and 10 from the first
TC.

7. Start pumping out horse-archers from the 2 ranges.

8. Make 6-7 fishing boats.

9. Build some towers on your own spot if YOU get early attacked.

10. If your on an island, make a transport with the transport upgrade
and send over like 7 horse-archers.

11. During the time your killing your enemies villagers, build 2 stables
and make war elephants. Build 2 Workshops and make some ballistas. Do
the upgrade for the ballista in the Goverment and attack with a bigger
army this time.


Your opponent doesn't have any army so it would be easy to kill him.

He's still pumping out villagers because you killed all of them with
your horse-archers
